Onboarding

Once you’ve completed the onboarding form and your one-time registration fee payment has been processed, a member of our team will be in touch within two business days.

We’ll review your details with you, discuss your needs, and ensure you’re set up for success.

Registration

You can register using our onboarding form. We’ll ask you for some basic personal information about yourself and your employee in the onboarding form to get things rolling. 

 

Upon completion of the onboarding form, we’ll ask you to insert your payment information to process the one-time Concierge registration fee of $100 + HST.

We accept most forms of credit card, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
